    Chonghe Wang, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the School of Mechanics and Engineering Science, Peking University. He received his Ph.D. degree Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Since 2016, he has focused on wearable ultrasonic technology for long-term monitoring of deep tissue vital signs.

    From 2016, he pioneered the direction of engineering wearable ultrasound technology that could monitor deep tissue vital signs in the human body. His leading research work was published in Science (2022)Nature Biomedical engineering (2021)Nature Biomedical engineering (2018) and was exclusively highlighted by hundreds of famous media including: TimesNational Geographic MagazineForbesMIT Technology ReviewNational Institute of Health (NIH)NIH Director's BlogWorld Economic Forum, and many others. This technology has huge potential of shifting the paradigm of transforming bulky clinical ultrasound machine to wearable smart devices for next-generation digital healthcare. 

    Chonghe's works have been accepted and published by a series of notable journals including NatureScienceNature Biomedical Engineering (twice as cover)Nature NanotechnologyNature ElectronicsScience AdvancesProceeding of National of Academy of ScienceAdvanced Materials, and many others. Recognized as a leading young figure in his field, he has received prestigious accolades such as 'Forbes 30 Under 30' and the 'Baxter Young Investigator' award. His trailblazing work in the development of ultrasound patch technologies has transformed our understanding of how to tackle some of the most pressing health problems facing humanity.
